Q. How do i get buy a vocal from your database
A. Simple scroll down to a vocal you like, click LISTEN to hear a short sample of it. Once you have selected which vocals you require, click ADD TO BASKET. These vocals will then be added to your shopping cart. You may add as many as you like. Once finished, simply click CHECKOUT. After entering some payment details, you will receive a email confirmation of your purchase. All payments are taken through the PAYPAL system. All payments are 100% secure and safe. Once your payment has completed succesfully, your purchased vocal will be emailed to you with a worldwide vocal contract allowing you to use it in any which way you wish, including commercial release.

Q. How do i know my card details are secure ?
A. Bhangravocals.com uses the industry standard PAYPAL system to collect payments. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. All information in encrypted. For information about online security please visit www.Paypal.com

Q. I am from outside of the UK, can i still purchase a vocal ?
A. Of course. All vocal prices have been set in Pounds Sterling. To get a online conversion please visit http://www.xe.com

Q. How long will it take for a vocal to reach me after i have purchased it ?
A. After insuring your succesful payment has been received, a Bhangravocal.com team member will email you the vocal as soon as the vocal contract has been created. This can take from one to fourteen days. However most orders are delivered within three days.

Q. What happens after you have sold a vocal, will it still be available to other people ?
A. No, once your payment has been accepted and vocal sent to you, it is taken off our servers. Please note, all vocals are sent on a first come first serve basis. If your preferred vocal is bought by somebody else before you can successfully pay for it, you will NOT be able to purchase it.

Q. What file format will i receive the vocal i buy ?
A. You will be sent a HIGHER than CD quality MP3 file. This means that the file will either be encrypted at 192 kbps or above and at 44.1Khz. All vocals are recorded in MONO. Al vocals are sold DRY ie no effects or eq's have been added (these are only on the samples as an example). If you require vocals sent to you as .wav or .aiff file, we can offer you these for a small charge of £10 (your vocals will be uploaded to a server, where u will be sent the link for them to be downloaded).

Q. Where are these vocals from ?
A. All vocals have been recorded by various studio / vocal technicians throughout India, Pakistan and the UK for the explicit use of selling.

Q. Are these vocals totally new ?
A. Yes, they have been recorded especially for us. All unsold vocals are unused.

Q. What does BPM mean ?
A. Beats per Minute. It is essentially the speed of the vocal.

Q. Is this the entire catalogue ? or is there more vocals to come ?
A. No, this is jus a small part of a huge catalogue. Bhangravocals.com are dedicated on bringing fresh new vocals from all over the world to your desktop. The vocal catalogue is updated and re-newed every 6 to 9 months. So you will always have a huge collection of new vocals to choose from for your projects.

Q. Can i request particular songs ?
A. Not as of yet, but we are developing this service for the future.

Q. If i want to return a vocal after purchasing.. can i do that ?
A. Due to the security issue of the vocal leaking after a sale, unfortunetly it is not possible for you to return vocals.
